Triodyne Inc.'s Expert Transcript Center (ETC) is a
cooperative repository of expert depositions, trial transcripts, resumes
and publications voluntarily provided by ETC Participants who are
engineers, attorneys, manufacturers, and trade associations. ETC Documents are available for purchase. Requests may be made
by phone, fax, e-mail, or letter and, if available, are filled within 24
hours. Expedited orders may be arranged. As a repository, ETC stores and maintains, at no charge,
experts' documents lent by Participants. Using ETC as a storage
service is a convenient, free alternative to the inefficient retrieval
systems and high storage costs most firms experience. An individual who completes an application form and sends in at least
five expert witness documents to ETC becomes a Participant. There
is no charge to become a Participant and there are no membership fees.
